Its high-current, low-impedance amplifier sports an oversized, shielded transformer, large, high-quality, filter capacitors, a massive extruded heatsink, and discrete output stage circuits that keep sound from distorting at high temperatures. It also boasts cassette-tape monitoring, 4 audio inputs, A/B speaker switching, APR, 30 FM/AM presets, preset scan, a sleep timer, and more.


RDS (Radio Data System)
Since 1987, this system has simplified the tuning of programming of an increasing number of radio frequencies. Incorporated into radio receivers, the system selects programs and displays them on the receiver’s alpha-numerical display. Also, a microprocessor enables the receiver to determine the transmitter frequency that gives the best quality reception.
