BD-SP809: Is separated Audio/Video- over HDMI possible?
I have a 3D
capable TV, and want to send the sound to my older Onkyo receiver. I intend to purchase the Onkyo BD-SP809 player, Because this has2 HDMI
outputs and has the "AV-split" function available.
I would like to link one of the HDMI connections to my 3D TV, the other I would like to connect
to the Onkyo for HD audio.
Is this possible
without any problems?
The
"Split" function of the twin HDMI outputs basically allows you
to separate the sound & video on two
separate HDMI cables.
