Unfortunally, the display on my TX-SR607 stopped working. I bought de device in march 2010. How long is the waranty on it in the Netherlands?
As Long as you purchased the unit from an authorised dealer ,it is 2yrs.

Hi, my TX-SR607 AV amp has been working fine for nearly three years, but now I get no video out (neither HDMI nor Composite), but the sound is still ok. Is there anyway to fix it or is it likely to be hardware failure?

the only one there is in England as very bad reviews and i don't realy want to take it there to be honest. Just want the part i know its the screen because ive had someone look at it, do they send parts out?

Hi Michael, Genserve are the only authorised service centre in the UK, Onkyo only sends parts to out service partners & not out to the general public, I would have to disagree with the bad reviews that you read ( could you let me know where you read this). If you wish to have the display issue corrected then it will have to go to Genserve for repair.

Hallo,ich habe ein(zwei) Problem mit meinem AV-Receiver TX-SR607. Ich möchte gerne meinen Laptop mit HDMI-Ausgang an die AUX-Buchse des Receivers anschließen.Ich bekomme am angeschlossenen Fernseher allerdings kein Bild (und vom Receiver keinen Ton).Schließe ich den Laptop direkt an den Fernseher an, so wird sowohl Ton, als auch Bild von diesem widergegeben.Schließe ich den Laptop an HDMI5 an, so bekomme ich ein Bild aber keinen Ton.Auch die PS3 liefert an AUX kein Bild, an HDMI4 allerdings schon.Kann ich davon ausgehen, das der AUX-Eingang defekt ist, oder gibt es noch weitere Einstellmöglichkeiten (ich habe AUX keine analogen Quellen zugeordnet)?Wieso wird der Ton vom Laptop auch an HDMI5 nicht ausgegeben, beim Anschluss direkt an den Fernseher allerdings schon?Viele Grüße,Hendrik Leuckefeld

hello i have an onkyo TX-SR607 and it will not start. when i stick in the plugg the standby lights up and when i start it i hear a click noise and the standby start to blink but it will not start what can i do about it? what can be wrong?
