Do you know if it's possible to use the DC out plug of a CR-715DAB to power the Dock DS-A1X? Theoretically possible, just wondered if anyone could confirm and which plugs I'd have to wire together to do it. Only gets a glancing mention in the manual and it would be nice to have the dock auto-power off with the Receiver.
I am afraid that the DC out will not support the dock, it draws to much power for that socket to handle.
On closer inspection you are indeed correct. I thought it said 0-4A max, in fact it says 0.4A max. Sorry, should have dragged it out and had a proper look before getting my hopes up. Cheers.
