Service Notice - SKW-208 Subwoofer
Press Release dated: 19 Jul 2011It has been brought to our attention that under certain circumstances the voice coil in SKW-208 may open. Consequently, the subwoofer will stop functioning correctly.
For the valuable customers of Onkyo subwoofers, Onkyo now has a speaker driver replacement program for this subwoofer.
Please check your serial number on the back of the unit or on the side of the carton, if there is no letter after serial number or A, B, C then please send an e-mail to the below address. We will reply with instructions on how to proceed.
If your unit has the letter D or later then you do not need to take any further action.
